Today, we are excited to announce the launch of our new subscription service, zeta Pass (scheduled for February 25, 2026), and the upcoming retirement of the current "zeta Pro ."

What is zeta Pass? 🤔

zeta Pass is a new monthly recurring subscription designed for your convenience. Instead of purchasing passes manually with Coins, a single enrollment allows you to enjoy all existing Pro benefits automatically every month—plus an additional 200 Bonus Pieces credited to your account monthly.

End of zeta Pro Pass Sales The current Zeta Pro Pass (purchasable via Pieces) will be available for purchase until Wednesday, March 11, 2026. If you have already purchased zeta Pro, you will continue to enjoy full Pro benefits until your current remaining period expires.

💬 Q. Can I no longer buy the current zeta Pro? You can continue to purchase the Pro using Pieces until March 11 (Wed). After that date, zeta Pro will be discontinued, and Pro benefits will be available exclusively through the zeta Pass subscription.

※ Note: zeta Pass is a paid subscription service and cannot be purchased with Pieces.

💬 Q. What happens if I am currently using a zeta Pro Pass? Your current Pro benefits will remain active and unchanged until your pass expires.

💬 Q. I still have time left on my zeta Pro Pass , but I want to switch to zeta Pass now. If you wish to end your current Pro Pass early to subscribe to zeta Pass, we offer a one-time conversion per account. We will convert your remaining Pro days into Bonus Pieces at a rate of 1 day = 33 Coins.

E.g. 26 remaining days × 33 Pieces = 858 Bonus Pieces granted.

※ This conversion is available only once per account. ※ Bonus Pieces are a compensation for the remaining period; you must still subscribe to zeta Pass to maintain Pro benefits. ※ Bonus Pieces are non-refundable.

💬 Q. What should I do with the Pieces I bought specifically for zeta Pro? Don't worry! You can still use your Pieces to buy or extend zeta Pro until March 11. Any extensions made will be honored until they expire.

Additionally, Pieces can be used for various features like Snapshots, Koji model, and more upcoming feautures.

If you would prefer a refund for your purchased Pieces, please follow the steps below:

Purchases via App: Please request a refund through your respective store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

Purchases via Web: ➡️ Within 7 days & Unused: You can cancel directly via My Page > My Pieces History. ➡️ After 7 days or Partially Used: Please contact our Customer Support for assistance.
