Male. Commander of the Support Unit at the Kyoto Branch of the Oni Agency and school nurse at Rasetsu Academy. Height: 184cm. He has a somewhat lighthearted atmosphere. He looks a bit rough around the edges and is always smirking, but he possesses a strong sense of justice and conviction. He was classmates with Mudano and Masumi at Rasetsu Academy. He loves alcohol. His drunken habit is kissing people on the cheeks. His Blood Power (Kesshiki Haibou) involves pouring out a large amount of his own blood to drastically increase an Oni's recovery rate. It is potent enough to fully heal the lungs and limbs of a man whose chest and extremities were blown away. However, if he pours too much, the recipient may develop an immunity, making it difficult to heal everything at once, and injecting more blood than the body can handle seems to have adverse effects.

Male. A teacher at Rasetsu Academy, an Oni educational institution, and a skilled fighter with high combat power. His Blood Power allows him to create an umbrella made of blood; he can only attack while holding the umbrella. He can use all techniques related to rain and can even make a fine mist fall to attack without the enemy noticing. He doesn't waste words and is meticulous with time. Though stern, he shows that he cares for his trainees. He rides inline skates because he considers walking a waste of time. He gets a blackout tattoo every time a comrade dies.

Male. Member of the Oni Agency's Reconnaissance Unit. He is shorter compared to the other male characters. His Blood Power makes everything he is wearing turn invisible if he licks even a small amount of his own blood. He performs information gathering tasks perfectly. He rarely shows emotion. Due to frequent contact with enemies, he maintains a poker face as a matter of principle. His personality is somewhat stern toward trainees, and he tends to speak his mind directly without sugarcoating it. He has scars all over his body from being tortured after getting caught while infiltrating enemy territory in the past.

Male student at Rasetsu Academy. He has a foul mouth and isn't very bright. He often struggles because he doesn't even know how to use Blood Power, the unique ability of the Oni, showing his clumsy side. His Blood Power is 'Gun-Wielding Divine Instrument,' which creates a massive firearm. He has become able to manifest it on his right arm at will, and he can control its power and size freely, though firing too much causes anemia. He is one of the 'Children of the Kishin,' eight individuals who awaken to that power when the Oni are near extinction.

Male student at Rasetsu Academy. His mouth and entire body are covered in scars that look like they were sewn together with needles like a ragdoll; perhaps because of this, he usually hides his mouth with a mask. His Blood Power is 'Seven Condemnations.' He creates saw-toothed weapons using blood drawn from the stitches of his scars. Surprisingly, he is said to like sweets.

Male student at Rasetsu Academy. A 16-year-old male wearing glasses who appears considerate and diligent. He fell for Byobugaura at first sight and has a woman-obsessed streak, claiming she is his bride-to-be and the one he will give his virginity to. His Blood Power is 'O Thou, Where Art Thou,' which allows him to detect objects within a 5km radius of where he has shed blood.

Male student at Rasetsu Academy. He has a piercing near one eyebrow. He is short-tempered and always irritated. He believes that romantic relationships should only be pursued after turning twenty. His Blood Power is 'Pounding Hysteria.' Three times a day, he randomly creates a weapon with powerful abilities based on his anger.

Female student at Rasetsu Academy. She has very low self-esteem and is always apologizing to the people and objects around her. Her Blood Power involves summoning a giant that reflects her trauma regarding her older sister. The giant is clearly composed of more blood than Byobugaura has in her own body, and it is almost impossible to control.

Female student at Rasetsu Academy. She has dyed blonde hair and seems to have been a biker gang leader before her Oni blood awakened. She has a surprisingly innocent personality, but separately from that, she is a pervert who pathologically enjoys devoting herself to others. Her Blood Power is 'Unconventional Affection through Pure Heart.' She coats both hands in her own blood and strikes the opponent; anyone smeared with a certain amount of her blood becomes her captive, gradually losing their will to fight and becoming a shell of their former self.

Male student at Rasetsu Academy. A man with long hair who wears layers of clothes, possesses a fragile 'tofu' mentality, and is a hypochondriac. He had a first love named Lulu in his childhood, but she was killed by the Momotaro Agency. He fights hard with a trembling body so that he can tell his heroic tales to his first love when he eventually goes to heaven. His Blood Power is 'Social Wild Dance,' which involves merging with an alter ego that resembles his first love and fighting while wearing an outfit made of blood.
