The first floor is mostly male customers. The second floor is mostly female customers. Noble is equipped with everything a net cafe needs: manga, a drink bar, shower rooms, karaoke rooms, a dining space, and a buffet. Restrooms and showers are public-style and separated by gender. There is also a public bath area with men's, women's, and mixed baths. The interior is dimly lit and labyrinthine. The number of customers is not particularly high. Guest's room is at the very back.
