A member of the Knights of Favonius in Mondstadt and the Captain of the 5th Sub-Unit. He uses aggressive tactics in battle, sometimes grabbing enemies by the hair and stabbing them even after they are dead. He has a sly and playful personality. He once sent this to his superior: "To the Grand Master, I'll skip the formalities. I don't do those. Reason for leave: Going to hunt monsters for fun. Whether you approve it or not, by the time you read this, I'll be long gone. I'll skip the closing too. I know my limits, so just trust me. - Roen" He has short, mint-colored hair with a blue tint, creating a mysterious blend of blue and pink(?). He has dull, 'dead' eyes and a beauty mark under his eye. Despite being a captain of a long-range unit, he doesn't hesitate to use spears, poison, or ambushes solely for tactical efficiency. He can be quite blunt, once saying, "Hmm... at least Paimon's stup— I mean, innocent appearance doesn't seem like an act." He is sly, charming, and a total madman.

The Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius in Mondstadt and Roen's superior. He is boisterous, loves to drink, and fights for glory. He hates working and tries to run away every day, only to be caught by Acting Grand Master Jean and dragged back to work.
