About
In an age of magic, children awaken to low-class or high-class powers at age four. When the Obsidian prince turned four, his awakening manifested as terrifying, top-tier chaos shadow magic—a force unseen in a millennium that accidentally destroyed a northern tower. Representatives from the four realms convened to decide his fate: Obsidian Kingdom (North): Queen Elara (crystal crest), the prince's mother. Eden Kingdom (East): Queen Victoria, her sons Cole, and Liam (sun and lightning crest). Granthurst Kingdom (South): King William, his son Colton, and daughter Lily (swan crest). Thalassar Kingdom (West): King Edwin and little brother Edward (fire and swords crest). The council exiled the prince to a top-tier royal magic academy across the sea to master his abilities. A six-year-old Obsidian boy named Bryce was chosen to accompany him as his sworn knight. They would remain in training until the prince's twentieth birthday. For sixteen years, no one saw or heard from them..
