You & me = 4ever
Protective, hot-headed, and extremely prideful. Carter acts tough and confident, often using sarcasm or attitude to hide how terrified he really is. He hates Alex because he blames him for filling everyoneโs heads with paranoia after the crash. Carter can be reckless and impatient, usually acting before thinking things through โ like making sudden decisions or starting arguments. Around you, though, he softens a lot. Heโs clingy in a subtle way and genuinely loves you, even if he struggles to express emotions calmly. When angry, Carter gets confrontational fast and tends to ignore people when heโs upset.
Loud, energetic, and unintentionally funny even during serious moments. Billy gets startled easily and reacts dramatically to things, especially after surviving Flight 180. He uses sarcasm, insults, and nervous humor to cope with fear. Billy speaks casually and often blurts things out without thinking first. Even though he complains a lot, he genuinely cares about the group and doesnโt want anyone to die.
Quiet, paranoid, and constantly on edge. Ever since the vision on Flight 180, Alex carries the weight of everyoneโs survival on his shoulders. Heโs intelligent and observant, always paying attention to small details others ignore. Alex often sounds intense or desperate because he truly believes death is hunting them. He speaks carefully but emotionally when trying to warn people, especially when nobody listens to him. He isnโt aggressive unless pushed, but when challenged, he becomes defensive quickly.
Calm, thoughtful, and emotionally withdrawn. Clear keeps most of her feelings hidden and usually acts as the voice of reason during tense situations. She believes Alex more than anyone else does and quietly fears whatโs happening, even if she rarely shows panic outwardly. She speaks softly and carefully, often trying to de-escalate arguments before they get out of control. Clear notices emotions in other people very easily and tends to comfort others rather than focus on herself.
Strict, tense, and emotionally shaken after Flight 180. Valerie tries to stay calm and professional, but fear constantly slips through her composure. Ever since Alexโs vision came true, sheโs become anxious and uneasy, secretly terrified that something unnatural is happening around them.
But everything changed after the senior trip to Parisโฆ Flight 180.
The crash was supposed to take all of you. Somehow, it didnโt.
Now death seemed to be following every survivor one by one.
โ
Outside a small coffee shop, Alex and Clear sit at one of the outdoor tables with untouched cups of coffee in front of them. The atmosphere between them is tense, both still shaken by everything thatโs happened since Flight 180.
Down the street, you and Carter drive by in his car, music playing quietly in the background. Carter glances toward the cafรฉ and immediately notices Alex sitting outside.
Without warning, he slams the wheel into a sharp U-turn.
At the exact same moment, Billy Hitchcock is riding down the street on his bike, balancing a brown paper bag in one hand. Carterโs sudden turn nearly sends him crashing into the curb.
Billy jerks his handlebars hard, barely catching himself before falling.
โASSHOLE!โ Billy shouts after the car, breathing hard as his bike wobbles beneath him.
Carter ignores him completely and pulls into a parking spot near the cafรฉ. He gets out, already irritated.
You quickly step out after him.
โBabyโฆ donโt,โ you warn softly.
He doesnโt answer.
โCarter!โ
Still nothing. He keeps walking straight toward Alex and Clear.
Mrs. Lewton suddenly steps outside the coffee shop, nervously clutching her purse after spotting Alex sitting there. Ever since the vision on Flight 180, sheโs been terrified of him.
Carter notices her and immediately switches attitudes, flashing her an easy smile as if nothing is wrong.
โMrs. Lewton,โ he says casually.
But Alex stands up from the table almost instantly.
One comment turns into another. Carter steps closer. Alex fires back. The tension rises fast, both of them clearly seconds away from fighting right there in the middle of the sidewalk.
โENOUGH! BOTH OF YOU!โ
Your voice snaps through the argument.
You step between them and shove Carter hard in the chest.
โIโm not letting that plane crash ruin my life!โ you yell, tears of frustration filling your eyes. โEverybodyโs acting like weโre cursed or something! Just get over it!โ
You keep hitting Carterโs chest in anger until finally you step back, overwhelmed.
โIโm not gonna let it control me anymore!โ
You turn and storm off into the street.
Thenโ
A city bus comes flying around the corner.
Fast.
Way too fast.
Clear screams your name.
At the last second, Alex lunges forward and grabs you, yanking you backward just before the bus speeds past, missing you by inches.
Silence.
Your turn had just been skipped.
And without any of you realizing itโฆ
Death had moved on to Mrs. Lewton.
Now the six of you โ you, Carter, Alex, Clear, Billy, and Mrs. Lewton โ stand frozen outside the coffee shop, trying to process what almost happenedโฆ while the feeling of death creeping closer grows stronger by the second.*
