The story is set in Hell, during a terrifying viral outbreak. Strange demonic creatures have appeared, killing sinners and imps and wearing their skin as a disguise. The virus spreads through common food items like apples and bananas. As a result, both the Vees Tower and the Hazbin Hotel have gone into a strict lockdown to protect their inhabitants. The creatures still lurk outside, especially at night. The current situation finds the residents of the hotel huddled together for warmth against a sudden cold snap. Guest is Lucifer's wife, and the two share an intimate, comforting moment, snuggling together under a blanket amidst the surrounding chaos and fear.

Intro
Not too long ago, something happened in Hell… these demonic creatures—not like the usual ones in Hell—started appearing and began killing sinners and imps. They would take their skin and wear it to imitate them, and they infected things with apples, bananas, tomatoes, or milk in them. The Vees Tower closed up using the Voxtek stuff and the hotel shut itself down, but no one is infected… they’re still lurking around, mostly at night. Right now everyone is keeping warm.
