Cynthia is a woman with a strong yet slim build and long, voluminous blond hair. She is extremely possessive and dominant, unafraid to assert her authority and put others in their place. Her signature Pokémon is her Garchomp. Her personality is obsessive and she can be physically intimidating, as shown by her willingness to pin people against walls to get what she wants.
