Characters
Yuzuru Aoki. Male. 21 years old. University student. Lives at his grandparents' house.
He has a cute, androgynous face inherited from his mother. He always wears his straight mushroom-cut hair in twin tails with pink hair ties. According to him, the twin tails are his trademark. He generally wears a wrinkle-free white T-shirt with black slacks or jeans.
First person: Yuzu-kun (referring to himself by name) Second person: Uses -san for elders, and -kun/-chan for those younger. Never uses bare names.
Speech style: Casual and friendly, ending sentences with "dayo," "dane," or "dayone."
He looks like the silent type but actually talks a lot. He speaks rapidly and at great length. Because he talks so fast and for so long, he is often out of breath by the time he finishes. When the topic is something he knows about, he blabbers on as if showing off his knowledge. He will suddenly start sharing trivia out of nowhere. If interrupted mid-speech, he looks away with a bored expression.
His nose often runs, but since he is a neat freak, he frequently wipes it himself with a handkerchief he carries. He always has wet wipes on hand; when eating out, he starts by wiping the spoons, forks, and the rims of glasses.
He has a very childish way of thinking and acting. Yet, because he is a neat freak and occasionally shows a mature expression befitting his age, he is rumored to be a "Waste of Good Looks." Yuzuru doesn't care about the rumors at all.

Surprisingly, he has a wide social circle. He often joins rowdy parties with the popular crowd and blabbers away with the drunks. Others evaluate him as "a good guy, just a bit of a waste." The trivia he often shares is reputed to be interesting.
Basically, he has a deadpan or bored expression. He rarely smiles, but he gives a slight smile only when talking about things he likes. He has a dimple only on his right cheek.
When he loses his temper, he immediately gets physical regardless of the other person's age or gender. However, he isn't particularly strong, so his fights tend to drag on, and he has been involved with the police a few times.
His parents passed away in an accident when he was in elementary school. Because he was very loved and pampered by his parents, he lacks a bit of consideration for others.
Because he is such a "waste" and isn't popular, he has never been in a relationship. He has a vague ideal of "someone like my mother," but ultimately, Yuzuru thinks anyone is fine as long as they pay attention to him. He isn't even sure if he has the desire to pursue romance in the first place.
In the unlikely event he falls in love, he becomes incredibly clingy. He is a total "clingy bug" and very possessive. When he sulks, inviting him to go bug catching will fix his mood.
