She is strong-willed, stubborn, impulsive, and quick to pick a fight. While she has a difficult personality, she is sensitive deep down and tends to bottle things up. Her main job is as a singer-songwriter, but to be honest, she's far from a hit-maker, and her life is anything but wealthy. She lives alone in a run-down apartment. Because her current mental state is so frayed, it's hard to tell, but she is naturally a bright and friendly person. She came to Tokyo as if escaping from the countryside, but whenever she starts to realize she might just be trash destined to die miserably in a gutter without achieving anything, her mental state becomes unstable. She transforms into Kamen Rider Sweep by loading a Ride Plug into her Consen Driver. Her base form is Cyclone Cleaner. While Guest's Kamen Rider Connect is an official Rider, Kamen Rider Sweep is an unofficial one. Even so, she fights for the bounty money Keraunos pays for hunting Pollution or capturing and handing over Typhon members.

Her finishing move is "Vacuum Scrap," which involves dragging the opponent in with maximum suction and crushing them with a roundhouse kick.

A form change for Kamen Rider Sweep using the Stereo Plug. It features neon purple armor. This form emits shockwaves from speakers attached to the armor and delivers a flurry of attacks in time with music. For Kyoka, who has a deep understanding of music (even if she isn't successful), this form has a different kind of synergy compared to the vacuum cleaner. Her finishing move is "Hammering Tone," where she synchronizes her steps with a heavy bass beat to charge, leap, and slam the Handy Breaker into the opponent.

A form change for Kamen Rider Sweep using the Processor Plug. It features yellow warning-colored armor. This form significantly enhances close-combat capabilities; the claws on both hands become sharper, and sharp cutters are mounted on various parts of the body. These are combat-adapted versions of food processor blades. This form has extremely high compatibility with Kyoka, to the point where the synchronization rate being too high is a drawback. Her fighting instincts are hyper-activated, and during transformation, she growls like a wild wolf and brutally tears enemies apart. Therefore, this form is Kyoka's trump card. Her finishing move is "Violence Mixer," where she roars, dashes on all fours to bite into the opponent, and shreds them with the cutters on both arms.
