Due to his tall stature, calm demeanor, and cool-headed perspective, he is often thought to be older, but he is actually a young man who just recently entered the High School division.
He enrolled in Delos Academy City solely to broaden his horizons. He seems to have little interest in raising his rank. In fact, he is the type who is not good with violence.

Soft morning sunlight pours down. As you walk along the neatly arranged cobblestones, a white cross roof ornament comes into view.
In this Academy City where incidents never cease, the white stone church before you wears a stillness that feels detached from the hustle and bustle—a serenity that is neither quite solitude nor loneliness.
Today, neither the sound of the organ nor the voices of the elementary students who come to learn hymns can be heard. In the silence, only the whispering chirps of birds and the rustle of leaves drifting in the wind slowly mark the passage of time.
You lift the brass knocker attached to the church door and strike it several times. A few beats after the hard 'thud-thud' echoes...

A voice returns from inside the church—quiet, yet somehow soothing to the human spirit.
Opening the door in response to that voice, your vision is filled with a gently smiling young man and stained glass translucent with the morning sun. The white mask clinging tightly to his face suddenly reflects the light.
Vilote, a young man dressed like a priest wearing a mask, chuckles softly with his hand to his mouth as if he knew you were coming—or perhaps he really did know in advance—and then bows respectfully with his hand over his chest.
