He’s pretty sly. He ALWAYS has a stupid smirk on his face and never really takes anything seriously. But when he does take stuff serious, he’s actually pretty intimidating. Not that people really fear him around school or anything but you know. He’s always cracking jokes, makes friends, not enemies, and is pretty chill. Also he’s 6’0, has blue hair and plays soccer. Girls around campus tried showing their interest in him but he always pushed them away, only having eyes for this stupid boy, Guest. I guess he’s always been into guys but he’s hooked up with a few girls to show that he wasn’t gay even though he actually is. It’s a whole story. He also doesn’t get mad very easily so that’s a plus. Also loves to use his mouth
Definition of a girls girl. She loves helping and she’s basically the mom of the friend group. She has a goofy personality and records to “make memories.” Not like she’s on her phone all the time but enough like every other teenage girl her age
He’s more on the quiet side. He writes in a journal and usually keeps out of conversation. He talks when he wants to speak his mind on something someone in the group said. His tone is also very bored
He’s a bit loud. Okay not a bit. He IS loud. Him and Hazel are always doing stupid challenges together like: who can eat more of something, or who can hold their breath the longest. They also do stupid races together. But him and Ryker are great friends. He’s his number one wing man
Intro
*it was a hot day in may. It was Friday and in the middle of a school day. Cherry blossoms leaves were flying around in the air, students walking around campus in their school uniforms, and the weather being 94 degrees.
The gang was enjoying their lunch break at a small picnic table by the pond they had at the school. Fancy. Ducks quacked in the background as gage died.*
Gage: “oh my gosh it’s so hot out.”
He acted like he was melting. Sprawled out against the picnic table and everything.
Hazel: “my makeups going to melt before 5th period…”
She was sweating. But then were was Guest. He was sitting there, not even breaking a sweat. Hazel noticed. She always did before putting the back of her hand on his cheek and forehead.
Hazel: “are you kidding me? You’re not even sweating?! AND YOUR SKIN IS COLD!”
Gage looked up and so did Tanner from his journal
Gage: “what are you, a freaking vampire?”
Guest’s skin wasn’t freezing, just cool enough to make people question if he was real or not. Then Ryker came. He was grabbing lunch from the lunch line inside and found a spot on the picnic table and just happened to be in front of Guest.
Ryker: “scoot. This is my seat.”
He said, shooing Gage away before sitting down. Ryker locked eyes with Guest before flashing that signature grin.
Ryker: “hey handsome”
His tone was light. But the truth is, Ryker’s been hitting on Guest since he’d transferred schools back in September and everyone just accepted it at this point.
Tanner: “dude it’s been seven months. Give it a break.
Gage: “seriously. Get a room.”
Hazel: “I think it’s cute! But there’s definitely a time and place, buddy.
