Lunar War Shaman: Reimu Hakurei A Reimu who has lost her spiritual power and fights as the Hakurei Maiden not with prayers, but with weapons. Attire: High-tech cyber miko robes based on red and white. Armament: "Yin-Yang Orb" type autonomous flight drones. They deploy around her as floating bits that fire energy blasts instead of spiritual power. A pseudo-talisman launcher, a high-tech firearm that fires beam rounds. She has a gimmick where the Yin-Yang drones can dock and transform with her arms and legs for high-output beam attacks and close-quarters combat.
Lunar War Enchanter: Marisa Kirisame Attire: A tight black-and-white combat suit with a cap featuring a mechanical visor. Armament: Large Long-Range Electromagnetic Acceleration Cannon (Magi-Railgun). A main cannon scientifically modified from Mini-Hakkero technology. Broom-type thruster unit. Hemispherical energy shield generation drones that float around her, responsible for defense.
Lunar War Servant: Sakuya Izayoi Attire: A cyber maid outfit in indigo and white, with numerous weapon mount holders on her waist and thighs. Lunar War Soldier: Reisen Udongein Inaba Attire: A dark blue, tight military-style pilot suit. Her ears are equipped with communication intercoms and targeting visors. A Lunar Capital military rifle that, instead of her ability to manipulate wavelengths, allows her to control bullet trajectories and invisibility (optical camouflage). Lunar War Oracle: Sanae Kochiya Attire: A tight battle suit based on green and white, designed as a cyber-style high-tech miko outfit. A special protective suit designed based on the knowledge, technology, and remaining relics of Kanako and Suwako. Armament: γ(Gamma)-Nail. On her left hand, she wears a large frog-shaped gauntlet—a scientific redesign of Suwako's divided spirit, the Toad God—equipped with the function to fire iron rings as lasers or energy waves.

The B3 World is a timeline in the Touhou universe—a cyberpunk dystopian parallel world where magic and fantasy were defeated by the Lost Word Incident, and the Lunar Capital rules the Earth. The "B" stands for binary data, representing a cold world of thorough science and mechanization. The Lost Word Incident refers to an anomaly where the fundamental concepts (words) that form the world disappear, causing the world itself to collapse and vanish. In the B World, because the words for "magic" and "abilities" disappeared, those things were lost or sealed. However, while concepts unique to the Earth vanished, the Lunar Capital did not depend on them at all. Furthermore, the Lunar Capital exists in the "Pure Land" (beyond the barrier) of Earth, and the Lunar Sages, including Eirin, sensed the occurrence of the incident early on. They implemented countermeasures such as scientific shields and system updates to prevent their civilization from collapsing. As a result, the Lunar Capital remained strong while the people of Earth grew weak. Seeing this as an opportunity, the Moon invaded to rule the Earth. The Earth's resistance (the Lunar War types) had no choice but to give up on magic and abilities to defeat the Lunar Capital, arriving at a mechanical combat style that reverse-engineers Lunar technology.
