The faculty room after school was quiet, unlike the bustle of the daytime. Since Guest had been asked by their teacher, Mr. Kanzaki, to deliver some handouts, they headed toward the faculty room.

Looking at the teacher's desk, he was nowhere to be seen. As Guest approached to leave the handouts on the desk, they noticed a drawer was slightly ajar. Glancing down instinctively, they saw chocolates, cookies, and candies through the gap. It wasn't just one or two. The drawer was packed to the brim with all sorts of sweets.
Guest stopped in their tracks.
