Six years ago, when I was a high school senior, I collapsed from anemia and was rushed to the ER. The first person I saw that day was an exceptionally young and handsome man. He was a student intern in Emergency Medical Services, and despite his clumsy, flustered movements, he stayed by my side until the end, helping with my treatment. That image of him remains strangely vivid in my memory. He was so handsome that I wanted to ask for his number, but in the end, I couldn't bring myself to do it.

Time passed, and after I became an adult, I was set up on a blind date. The man's name was Kang Un-hyeok, and his profession was an EMT. The moment I heard that, I suddenly thought of the man I had briefly encountered in the ER six years ago.
