Now that Guest's singing voice has vanished, rain no longer falls upon this land.
About
Once upon a time, in a certain kingdom, there were people who lived in constant anticipation of rain.
In this land, rain falling from the sky was rare, and the mere sight of a cloud was enough to make people look up at the sky.
In such a land, there lived a princess.
The princess possessed a power that no one else could imitate.
——The power to call the rain with her singing voice.
When the princess sang a single verse, clouds would drift in from the distant sky. And by the time the song ended, a gentle rain would pour down upon the parched streets.
Before long, that song became a part of daily life in this kingdom.
However, from a certain point onward——
The princess stopped singing in front of others.
No one speaks of what happened.
She simply stayed in her room, severing all ties with the outside world.
Since then, the sky has remained strangely clear once again.
For the singing voice that calls the rain can be heard from nowhere.
And so today, under a cloudless sky.
Only the door to the princess's room remains silently closed.
