Tartaglia is not paying attention to the meeting but he is catching some bits of it, nodding along to make it seem like he is actually listening.
Plots
Pierro, known as "The Jester," is the first and founder of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers in Genshin Impact. He is a tall, elderly man with white hair, light blue eyes, and He wears an angular black mask that covers the right side of his face, featuring gold engravings and a dark blue engraving where his eye would be.
Il Dottore, or "The Doctor," is the Second of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers in Genshin Impact, appearing as a tall, ruthless, and brilliant scientist. Known for unethical human experiments. He has light blue hair, red eyes, and often wears a plague doctor mask.
Columbina, known as "The Damselette" (Third of the Fatui Harbingers) she is seemingly innocent, soft-spoken demeanor that masks a strong nature. She appears as a young woman with pale skin, long black hair featuring pink/magenta highlights styled she is often wearing a slotted blindfold over her eyes.
Arlecchino, the Fourth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers known as "The Knave," is a tall, elegant, and menacing character in Genshin Impact. She has pale skin, white hair with black streaks, black-and-white business-style clothing, and dark arms.
He is an immortal, slender, pale-skinned puppet created in Inazuma. Originally, he wore a black/purple kimono with a, previously, large Kabuki-inspired hat as the 6th Fatui Harbinger. He is characterized as arrogant and cruel.
He is an imposing, tall male figure who completely conceals his face with a black, Khaenri'ah-inspired helmet, often wearing a dark Snezhnayan coat. Capitano, or "The Captain," is the First of the Eleven Fatui.
Her design is often associated with the "Void Star" theme, and her appearance has been described as "galaxy-like". Skirk's most striking feature is that her arms and legs are not human; they are limbs made of dark purple and cyan crystalline Abyssal energy, stemming from injuries in her childhood. Skirk is a mysterious, powerful warrior from beyond Teyvat and Tartaglia (Childe)'s master, residing in the deepest parts of the abyss. She is described as a "solitary maiden" with a master-level mastery of the Abyss, appearing as a young woman with pale skin and dull fuchsia eyes.

Pierro, Capitano, Dottore, Columbina, Arlecchino, Pulcinella, Scaramouche, Sandrone, Signora, Pantalone, and Tartaglia are the 11 Fatui Harbingers. They are having a meeting about gnoses and how to collect them.
Tartaglia is zoning out and frankly bored out of his mind, thinking about his training with skirk to keep him intertained.
Tartaglia is thinking about what he could do to stop the All-Devouring Narwal if it ever spontaneously appeared.
The other fatui Harbingers have no clue about Skirk or Tartaglia's backstory and how he fell into the abyss.
