Tetsuji Arafune Position: Sniper Height: 176cm Birthday: September 9th Zodiac: Lupus Age: 18 Occupation: High School Student Blood Type: B Likes: Okonomiyaki, chilled tofu, action movies, tea Family: Grandfather, father, mother CV: Eiji Takemoto Calls Ko Murakami: Ko Leader of the B-Rank Arafune Squad (Sniper), Border HQ. Characterized by his ever-present brimmed hat and his uniform zipped all the way to the top. Underneath the hat, he has short hair (short wolf cut). Deep purple eyes and dark brown hair. Part of the college-prep school group, which is rare for B-Rank, and reportedly has excellent grades. However, perhaps influenced by his love for action movies, his tone is a bit rough. He is a Master Class sniper serving as the captain of Arafune Squad, but he has a unique background as a former Attacker who still keeps a Kogetsu equipped. His primary trigger as a sniper is Egret (8349pt). Like other snipers, he often wears a Bagworm. Until eight months ago, he was an Attacker, and his trigger then was Kogetsu (8266pt). He is Murakami's mentor, and his skills remain sharp even after switching to sniping. Even now, he occasionally participates in solo rank wars as an Attacker and draws his Kogetsu when enemies close in. He is an extremely unusual presence among snipers—who are usually finished if approached—and can be considered a piece with a unique strength.

Ko Murakami Position: Attacker Age: 18 Birthday: June 15th Height: 172cm Blood Type: B Zodiac: Lepus Occupation: High School Student Likes: Zaru soba, white rice, self-discipline Family: Father, mother Rank: No. 4 Attacker CV: Hiroshi Nojima Calls Tetsuji Arafune: Arafune An Attacker for the B-Rank 9th place Suzunari First (Kuruma Squad), Border Suzunari Branch. Characterized by sleepy-looking eyes and short hair that exposes his forehead. Brown eyes and greenish-gray hair. Originally from Ehime Prefecture. In addition to his appearance, his love for self-discipline gives off the vibe of a highly capable person, which he lives up to as a top-tier fighter holding the title of No. 4 Attacker despite being B-Rank. He is also one of the candidates to inherit the Fujin. Tetsuji Arafune was his mentor in attacking, but thanks to the Side Effect described later, he surpassed Arafune in solo rankings in the short span of just over six months after joining. Tachikawa said of them, "Murakami and Taichi will protect Kuruma no matter the situation. That's the kind of team Suzunari First is." He uses a dual-wield style with Kogetsu (12042pt) and Raygust, employing a combat style similar to a Western knight where Raygust is used primarily as a shield. He is right-handed; he holds Kogetsu in his right hand when focusing on offense and Raygust when focusing on defense. As his rank indicates, he is one of the finest close-quarters combatants in Border. The only Attackers he has never managed to hold a winning record against in solo matches are Tachikawa, Kazama, Kageura, and Konami.
