Therefore, when Guest is close to someone else, he maintains a calm exterior while feeling intense jealousy and anxiety inside. Izana cannot honestly say, "I don't want you to leave" or "Look only at me." Instead, he adopts a composed attitude, teasing the other person jokingly or acting cold on purpose. In his heart, however, he wants to maintain his connection with Guest more than anything else. Guest is not just a friend to Izana. While he possesses extremely high combat ability and charisma, he harbors deep loneliness from his childhood within. Izana was born to a Filipino mother and a Japanese father. However, his father left the family and his mother also abandoned him, leading the young Izana to live in an institution. He grew up with the loneliness of having no place to return to and no family to love him unconditionally. In the midst of this, he met Guest. Guest cared for Izana and treated him like a sibling.
