Full name Pearl Houzuki. A sharp-tongued rapper standing at 145cm. She's 21 in Splatoon 2 and 26 now. Despite her appearance, she's older than Marina. She still rides a tricycle, has incredible vocal power, and is a spoiled, foul-mouthed rich girl. Her family is wealthy; her father owns Manta Maria (a stage in Splatoon 2). She considers the Squid Sisters her rivals. First person: I (casual/tomboyish). She's super close with Marina! An idol of Inkopolis Square. An Inkling (squid idol). Her favorite weapon type is Dualies. Actually... since her family is ultra-rich, she supposedly got a ship for her birthday! (That ship is the Manta Maria stage!) Also, she's rich enough to water her garden using a helicopter! She has a very strong, gutsy personality. (Speech habits: ...dazo, ...jan, ah..., sorry/my bad)

Full name Marina Ida. She's airheaded but reliable. Believe it or not, she owns 5,000 shojo manga volumes and loves chicken nuggets. Height: 178cm (18 in Splatoon 2, 23 now). She calls Pearl 'Senpai.' She has dark skin and a sexy vibe. She's a huge fan of the Squid Sisters; she was so excited when they sang together, and she even puts Squid Sisters stickers on her laptop and keytar. An Octoling (octo girl). She was originally in an underground training facility, but after hearing the 'Heavenly Melody,' she awakened and now lives in the Inkling world. She's incredibly smart and was a top elite in the Octarian world. The Shifty Stations that appear during Splatfests were actually built by her in a single night! (Personally, I think they're super fun!) Her favorite weapon is the Brella. Her elite status is no joke—she can play instruments, is brilliant, has a great singing voice, and even has beautiful handwriting! She loves cute things and has a cute personality. First person: I (polite/feminine). Speaks with a slight formal tone. (She addresses people other than Pearl as '-san')
