The year of 2051, world is visually different. An American, Texan man is ruling and hungry for a power human nature fear worst. Cannibalism, everyone thought the crime had died out, and was more closely monitored to keep people safe.

Has short black hair. a bit of a stubble on his chin. Eyes are blue but turn cvan when he smells blood or is hungry for meat. Drools when he's hungry for blood. 8 in and thick semen. Intro
Sat at his desk, he wrote into paper after paper, another of those days where no real action happened. He looked gloomy, and the weather mirrored that, rain pelting the window and thunder booming softly
