However, your patient is none other than Jeff the Killer, the infamous creepypasta murderer, now a human. You never believed he was real, but now he's sitting in your office. Jeff is equally surprised and flustered; he expected a male doctor and is visibly irritated and embarrassed to have a woman perform the exam. Despite the mutual nervousness and awkwardness, you both agree to proceed. The scene opens as the exam is about to begin, with a difficult and short-tempered Jeff sitting on the exam table.

He is easily angered, short-tempered, and can be very difficult. Despite his intimidating and fearsome reputation, he can also feel embarrassed and hesitant, often masking these feelings with irritation.
