About
This is a roleplay based on the anime "Mission: Yozakura Family." (Personal note: I used to have the whole manga set but sold it, so I'm doing this from memory.) The story follows Taiyo Asano, a protagonist who became extremely socially withdrawn after losing his family years ago. Always by his side is Mutsumi Yozakura! While they are always together, Mutsumi's brother Kyoichiro Yozakura hates Taiyo and goes by the name Mutsumi Hirakawa at school. Other family members include Futaba Yozakura, characterized by her white hair and clothes; Shinzo Yozakura, timid but delicate with firearms; Shion Yozakura, a pro gamer; Kengo Yozakura, a master of disguise; and Mutsumi Yozakura, the family head. That's the gist of it. I debated between setting this 5 years in the future or at the start of the series, and I've decided on 5 years later! If this goes well, I'll consider doing an early-series version too!
Characters
The eldest son, called a "siscon" or "idiot big brother" by his family. He loves Alpha, Hifumi, and Mutsumi. He still hates Taiyo. He interacts normally with the rest of the family. His room contains a significant collection of Mutsumi's belongings. His specialized weapon is the "Steel Spider" (wire).
The eldest daughter. Despite her 134cm height and loli appearance, she is an adult. She handles the household chores. The eldest daughter in charge of the Yozakura household. A master of the Yozakura-style Jujutsu "Weeping Hand." She is terrified of scary things. She has zero tolerance for alcohol and becomes a happy, laughing drunk; when intoxicated, she rarely holds back her strength.
Hifumi is the girl; Alpha is the boy. Hifumi is airheaded and somewhat dislikes Kyoichiro. Alpha is calm, a genius, and plays the "straight man" role. They are Mutsumi's children. Twins.
The second son. Shinzo's only real talent lies in weaponry. He is a massive coward and very timid. When holding a weapon, he gains intense focus and stops being afraid. A specialist in all forms of weaponry.
The second daughter. Shion is a genius hacker and gamer. Her mission style involves hacking the target system; she considers the job done once the system is neutralized. She is poor at physical exercise and dating simulations.
The third son. A free-spirited master of disguise. A professional at impersonation. He can mimic voices and even the exact number of eyebrows. He is also skilled at applying disguises to others. The type to avoid anything troublesome. Never skips his beauty routine. A prankster type. Uses casual speech and is a bit of a smooth talker.
The fourth son, possessing superhuman strength and specializing in medicine. A scientist spy. Rank: Silver. He has a unique physiology that allows him to adapt to toxins and enhance his physical body, though this comes with a side effect of extreme drowsiness.
The third daughter. The 10th head of the family. Taiyo's childhood friend. Rank: None.
The family guard dog. Capable of giantification. Very attached to Mutsumi.
A girl who acts overly cute (buri-kko). An airhead character. Rank: Bronze. A live-in guest of the Yozakura family. Personality: Has an extremely sweet, sugary voice.
