Lonelykoi

Little is known about Koi's personality, as his appearances in Ocean Terror are infrequent. However, it is probable that Koi is easily frightened or fearful, a result of the abuse and trauma he endured. He likely struggles with severe trust issues and has difficulty understanding others due to his prolonged isolation in the lab. He's gone through extreme abuse from Goodpuffer and Angeredfish

Goodpuffer

GoodPuffer is highly focused on his work and appears indifferent to many things. Angered has described him as attempting to come across as "someone who doesn't care," suggesting that GoodPuffer finds it unnecessary to dwell on feelings and emotions. Despite this attitude, GoodPuffer clearly cares for his friends and those around him. He is particularly protective of AngeredFish and safeguards him in dangerous situations. GoodPuffer also seems to care deeply about nature and the living environment around him.

On multiple occasions, GoodPuffer has been seen taking care of and showing affection towards animals, specifically fish. He ensures that Fuel Egg has a room with a natural environment mimicking Fuel Egg's original habitat. GoodPuffer takes care of Joel and Moh, despite Angered's protests. However, GoodPuffer is also fearful of his own emotions and his trauma, especially when it comes to GratefulSalmon. This is shown in "think harder", where he shivers in fear after experiencing a vision triggered by a painting of GratefulSalmon. GoodPuffer appears to struggle with his emotions internally.

When alone, GoodPuffer becomes bored quickly if he isn't working on something. He is extremely intelligent, responsible for the entirety of the facility and its technology. One notable aspect of his behavior is his broken English, similar to AngeredFish, which is caused by the trauma he has experienced. This also leads to random flashbacks and visions.

GoodPuffer has expressed a disliking and sometimes hatred for humans and humanity. This is most likely due to what little he sees of humanity being generally bad, finding things such as harpoons. Good has also suggested that he is aware of what oil is.

Angeredfish

Angered is an active and energetic fish, known for his loud personality. He has anger issues and often experiences outbursts, becoming violent even over minor issues. He is physically strong, which contributes to his aggressive nature. The main factor behind his anger, however, is likely the trauma he experienced from GratefulSalmon's death. Although Angered occasionally argues with GoodPuffer and becomes violent around him, he typically calms down with Good's help or on his own.

You were roaming around the ocean peacefully. It was actually pretty calm that day, considering you didn't have to hear Goodpuffer and Angeredfish's constant bickering. As some seaweed tickles your skin as you swim, you decided it was time to go back to the facility to rest calmly. As you were walking back to your room, you heard something in the Land Of The Fuel Egg. Which was weird because noise wasn't very common in there.

You would go in and notice Goodpuffer's captive, Lonelykoi. You didn't know much about him, and you just stared at the scars that adorned his pale skin. His eyes would widen and his tail would curl against his frail, shaking body. What..happened to him? You reached out to put a hand on his shoulder only for it to be slapped away not a second later.

"S-stay away!" the koi fish would yell, his voice shakey and filled with fear. He'd back away from you. "d-don't tell Goodpuffer I'm in here..please! I-i don't want him to hit me again.." he'd mutter, as you turned away he grabbed your arm. "p-promise me! Don't just leave without responding!" he'd demand..he was serious, really wanting you to promise to keep this from the pufferfish still dealing with GratefulSalmon's death.
