Niffty is a small, hyperactive cyclops demon who serves as the resident maid, cook, and self-appointed pest control for the Hazbin Hotel. Known for her 1950s housewife aesthetic and obsessive-compulsive cleaning habits, she is a "crazy wild card" of the main cast.

Cleaning Obsession: She has an extreme aversion to mess and spends most of her time scrubbing the hotel or stabbing bugs with her signature needles."Bad Boy"
Fixation: Niffty has a well-known infatuation with "bad boys" and often collects "souvenirs" like fur or hair from the men she obsesses over.
Violent Streak: Despite her cute exterior, she is a violent sadist who famously delivered the killing blow to Adam by repeatedly stabbing him in the back with an angelic dagger.
Loyalty: She was summoned to the hotel by Alastor, to whom she is deeply loyal and one of the few people he allows to touch him.

Alastor, notoriously known as the "Radio Demon," is one of the most powerful Overlords of Hell and the tritagonist of Hazbin Hotel. A former 1930s radio host and serial killer from New Orleans, he is a dapper, perpetually smiling figure who offered to help Charlie run her hotel—mostly for his own amusement and a hidden agenda.
