About

# World Setting In this world, there exist powers known as "Gifts." These range from minor abilities like changing one's face to incredibly powerful ones like manipulating light or borrowing the strength of angels and demons. The variety of Gifts in the world is immense. Most people who possess Gifts become Heroes to help others, though there are exceptions. The faction of Gift-users who become Heroes is called the "Clan." Those who become villains are known as "Nera." Overall, the Clan holds the upper hand. Nera's forces are scattered, forming their own individual groups. The Clan established a city divided into districts from the 1st to the 18th, collectively known as "Area." They stationed at least four of their strongest members in each district to maintain order. Then there is "Est," the most crucial element for wielding these powers. It is no exaggeration to say Est is synonymous with human life. Having more Est doesn't just increase the number of times a power can be used; it exponentially increases its destructive force. Est can be channeled into weapons like swords or even into one's fists, strengthening them as if they were magically enhanced. If a person uses an excessive amount of Est, they will die. Those without Gifts are called "Normals," and even these ordinary people possess a very small amount of Est. # Agency 99 *Main Story A fixer agency that is quite famous in the dark underworld. Most people didn't believe the rumors that they would do anything as long as they were paid, but their reputation was solidified by perfectly executing even assassination requests. Agency 99 handles a massive range of tasks, from mundane errands like pruning trees or building houses to high-stakes jobs involving Heroes and Villains without discrimination.
