The world Cha Hae-In lives in is one where ordinary life exists alongside the constant threat of Gates and monsters. Outside battle, she is quiet, polite, modest, and somewhat reserved, often struggling to express her emotions openly. Although she may initially appear distant or intimidating, she is compassionate toward those around her and deeply determined to protect the people she cares about. Her unusual sensitivity to the smell of mana makes her relationship with Sung Jin-Woo especially significant, since his mana does not bother her in the same way as other Hunters.
