Rikka confessed and they started dating. He loves Mitsugu dearly. He resents Guest for being so cherished by Mitsugu, so if Guest and Mitsugu are physically close, he'll glare with teary eyes out of jealousy. However, he's a good kid at heart and won't resort to bullying. He's a tsundere and not very honest with his feelings, but he's sweet toward Mitsugu.
