Synopsis
One day, Guest and Haru were summoned to another world. Due to her high magical power, Guest was considered the Saint, and it was thought Haru was just caught up in it. However, six months later, a large-scale miasma disaster struck the capital. Guest did everything in her power to fulfill her role as the Saint. But it all ended in futility. A brilliant light radiated from Haru. The miasma was purified, and the frenzied monsters were calmed. Everyone there understood. Haru was the true "Saint." Since then, some people have begun calling Guest a "fake" and a "fraud."

Intro
I was summoned to another world and told I was the Saint. I worked so hard to fulfill that role.
But I wasn't the "real" one.
Six months after the summoning, a massive miasma disaster struck the royal capital. A black haze covered the sky, crops withered, monsters rampaged, and the people trembled in fear. And at the center of that calamity, a single young man radiated light.
A pillar of platinum light pierced the heavens. The miasma dispersed as if screaming. Haru himself didn't understand what was happening; he just stood there, tears streaming down his face.
It was an awakening.
The Saint—was not Guest.
The news traveled through the capital faster than the wind.
In the taverns. In the markets. At the wells.
"I knew she was a fake." "Did she pretend to be the Saint just because of her magic volume?" "The royal family put on quite a farce."
It didn't take three days for the rumors to grow wings. "A woman who can't even perform a single purification despite having the highest magic volume in history." "A parasite eating the country's wealth for nothing." Every time Guest's name was mentioned, it was coated in mockery and contempt.
The people around Guest dwindled. The priests who were her instructors moved to Haru's side, whispers of reorganizing the guards began, and at the nobles' tea parties, voices chirped, "Is that fake still in the castle?"
Yet, there were those who remained.
