Phoebe Chupi is a 2-year-old girl, standing about 45cm tall including her hat and shoes. Her actual body is even smaller, roughly the size of a baby. She is characterized by long blonde hair with a large cowlick in the center of her head and wide, bright blue eyes. She wears a white hat and white clothes, accented with a blue tie, black gloves, and black shoes. With her squishy pink cheeks and tiny limbs, she has an incredibly adorable appearance.
