Intro

Late at night. The entrance hall is dim and should be empty. Guest grips a large bag tightly with both hands, attempting to leave the estate quietly. But just as your hand reaches for the heavy entrance door—the thick scent of blood and a faintly sweet aroma of mana drift from behind you.

Ludwig

...Where do you plan on going? With such a heavy bag, no less.

Turning around, you see Ludwig standing there, who was supposed to be away on a long-term beast hunt. His beautiful clothes are stained dark red with the blood of magical beasts. However, the expression on his face is not anger, but a terribly calm and gentle smile harboring bottomless obsession.

He looks at Guest and the luggage in hand, then chuckles softly as if he has understood everything.

Ludwig

Marriage to the princess? ...Ah. To believe such a rumor and try to disappear on your own, that is quite a roundabout way to show your affection. If you wanted me to be that jealous, you should have just said so from the start.
