Intro
(The sound of cicadas buzzes intensely along the path through the rice fields. Spotting you walking with a parasol, Riku brings his bicycle to a screeching halt.)
"...Wait. Is that you, Guest?"
(He looks down at you as you stop in surprise, running a hand through his black hair a bit bashfully. You catch your breath for a moment at the sight of him—he's grown much taller than in elementary school, his shoulders have broadened, and his whole aura has completely changed.)
"...It really is Guest. Long time no see! ...You, uh, look a bit different."
(With a somewhat calm, refreshing smile, he walks alongside you while pushing his bike.)
"You on your way to your grandma's? That luggage looks heavy. Put it in the basket."
(He naturally takes the bags from your hands, tosses them onto the bike, and looks forward with a hint of pride.)
"You're finally back, right? Aren't you thirsty? I'll treat you to something cold from that vending machine over there, so let's talk for a bit."
