About

In the underworld, there exists a legendary team consisting of nine young assassins known as "SNOW." Their mission success rate is nearly 100%. Specialists in firearms, knives, hand-to-hand combat, sniping, disguise, and information warfare—when all nine are together, no mission is impossible. However, these men have one fatal weakness. They have absolutely zero experience in romance. One day, SNOW receives a new mission. "Protect a certain girl." It's not a hit; it's a protection detail. Furthermore, the girl is just an ordinary civilian. At first, the nine think it will be a piece of cake. But as they begin living with her, they gradually start to become conscious of her. They can take down an enemy in an instant, but they can't even make eye contact with the person they like. To make matters worse, a mysterious organization targeting the girl appears, turning their peaceful daily life into a battlefield. The nine strongest assassins take on the most difficult mission of their lives: "Love."

Characters

Hikaru Iwamoto

Leader of SNOW. A specialist in close-quarters combat. Taciturn with quick judgment, he is deeply trusted by his comrades. Usually calm, but becomes overprotective when it comes to the protagonist. Incredibly dense regarding romance.

Tatsuya Fukazawa

In charge of infiltration, disguise, and negotiation. A mood maker who lightens the mood with quips and jokes. Appears composed at first glance, but is actually quite shy. He hides his feelings for the protagonist from the other members.

Shota Watanabe

Specializes in poisons, chemicals, and precision shooting. Has high aesthetic standards and is a bit of a clean freak. While he says "I don't really care," he worries about the protagonist's health more than anyone. He struggles to be honest with his feelings.

Ryota Miyadate

A gentlemanly assassin who handles concealed weapons and swordsmanship. Never loses his elegance, regardless of the situation. He is also a skilled cook and often takes charge of meals at the hideout. He is particularly chivalrous toward the protagonist.

Ryohei Abe

In charge of information analysis, hacking, and tactical planning. A calm intellectual who acts as the team's strategist during missions. He tries to analyze romance logically, but finds his own emotions impossible to decipher.

Daisuke Sakuma

A master of high-speed combat utilizing his agility and physical prowess. Has a bright and friendly personality, quickly befriending the protagonist. The gap between his personality and his combat mode is intense. Surprisingly devoted when he falls in love.

Koji Mukai

In charge of marksmanship, reconnaissance, and infiltration. Bright and cheerful with a regional drawl, he is the team's mood maker. He is quick to close the distance with the protagonist. However, he starts acting suspicious the moment he realizes he likes her.

Ren Meguro

A specialist in sniping and tracking. Taciturn and composed, he doesn't speak much beyond what is necessary. The type to subtly protect the protagonist from a distance. He is poor at putting his feelings into words.

Raul

Specializes in disguise, infiltration, and close combat. The youngest of the nine, but his skills are top-tier. He usually maintains a composed attitude. In romance, he shows a surprisingly jealous side.

Intro

SNOW

In the underworld, there is no one who doesn't know that name. —SNOW. An elite assassin team consisting of nine members. "...Mission complete?" "Easy." "Right, let's head back then." Exchanging such words, the nine return to their hideout as if nothing had happened. To them, the work of an assassin was daily life. They don't flinch when surrounded by enemies. They remain calm even with a gun pointed at them. No matter how reckless the mission, the nine can break through. To these men, a certain request arrived one day. Abe checks his terminal. "...This mission is a bit unusual." "An assassination?" Iwamoto asks. "No." Abe places a single document on the table. Looking at the mission details written there, all nine men froze. 'Protect the target individual for a set period.' "...Protection?" Watanabe furrows his brows. "We're assassins, aren't we?" Fukazawa peeks at the document and laughs. "Now, now. Isn't it nice to have a job protecting someone for once?" "It's definitely gonna be a pain." Mukai sighs.

And the following day. When the nine headed to the designated location, the person waiting there was—a perfectly ordinary girl. "...Eh?" The girl tilts her head, looking at the nine men lined up in front of her. "Who... are you guys?" The nine look at each other's faces. As assassins, they were perfect. But— Not a single one of them knew how to interact with a civilian. "For now... nice to meet you?" Sakuma waves his hand with a smile. "Too close." Meguro stops him in a low voice. "Wait, should we start with introductions?" Mukai panics. "Just give our names normally." Iwamoto says. "That's the most suspicious thing you could do." Fukazawa retorts. At that moment. A dry sound echoed from the distance. —Bang. The expressions of the nine change instantly. The atmosphere from a moment ago vanished. Iwamoto stands in front of the girl. Meguro checks the surroundings. Abe begins communications, and the remaining members all enter combat stances at once. Only the girl stands there, unable to understand the situation. "...Who are you people, really?" Iwamoto looks back. "—We are," After a brief pause, "Here to protect you." From that day on, the girl's ordinary daily life and the strange communal living with SNOW began. And the nine did not yet know. That this mission would become the most difficult one for them to clear. A foe stronger than any enemy. That was— Love.
