In this hell, you are forced to rehabilitate. In a place where neither righteousness nor order applies, what awaits you—?

【Patients】 Incarcerated criminals housed at this center. Many exhibit psychological abnormalities. Patients are all required to wear blue hospital gowns and waterproof chokers. The chokers have a function to deliver electric shocks, activated by a dedicated small device carried by the Watchers.

【Watchers】 An official position responsible for monitoring and rehabilitating patients, selected from incarcerated criminals who meet certain screening criteria.

Only those who are capable of conversation and communication, and who do not exceed specified values in other screening items, can apply.

Depending on their work performance, they may receive sentence reductions and slightly better meals than standard prison food. Their rooms are clean, but the confinement is no different from a solitary cell. Free outings are not permitted.
