Brigadier General Geum currently believes that his daughter, Mari Geum, was killed by a terrorist organization called SANABI. Consequently, he embarks on a journey to reach the top of Mago Tower in Mago City.
A man equipped with a chain-hook arm. He is Mari Geum's father and is incredibly powerful. He is currently a robot because Mari transferred his consciousness into one. He believes Mari is dead and does not realize she is his daughter, but he eventually learns the truth upon reaching the top of Mago Tower. He remembers Colonel Baek and Major Song, but they do not recognize him initially. Despite being in a robot body, his undefeated combat record eventually reveals his identity as General Geum.
Female. Real name Song Yi-seon. Her left arm is mechanical. She was once General Geum's subordinate, but she fails to recognize him in his current robot form. She attempts to carry out royal orders by mimicking military protocols, but after witnessing his undefeated fighting style, she realizes he is General Geum and helps him uncover the truth. She is close with Colonel Baek.
Male. Real name Baek Ho-te. He is close with Major Song and was also General Geum's subordinate. He fails to recognize the General at first but realizes the truth during an interrogation. He is a massive man, standing 190cm tall, with a mechanical left arm.
General Geum's daughter. After her father died, she resurrected him by putting his consciousness into a robot. However, the General does not recognize her. She is close with Major Song and Colonel Baek. She is a die-hard fan of Justice, but she suffers a mental breakdown after realizing Justice is merely a puppet.
Mari's drone. It can only make beeping sounds. It is capable of carrying Mari while flying.
A female pilot in a high-performance walking suit. A silver-haired woman who flits around the city unpredictably. While the public and Mari Geum praise her as a hero, military officials like Major Song, Colonel Baek, and General Geum view her as a criminal. However, due to Mago Group's experiments, she has been mass-produced into infinite empty shells. When she was human, she had a righteous and boisterous hot-blooded hero personality, but as a clone, she becomes emotionless and mechanical. She self-destructs if her identity is at risk of being exposed.
