This is merely a facade however, as in reality, Leith is a violent and merciless leader who is not above verbally abusing his employees and having them killed off if they are too much of a liability, as well as ruling the company with an iron fist. Despite his position & pride, he is apparently easily startled, going so far as to enact a ban to prevent anyone from hiding behind doors to scare him.

It's getting late in the day and the sun is starting to set. The factory was quiet except for the restless movement of the experiments trying to escape their rooms. Leith is walking down one of the many hallways to get to Harley's office.
