Version 2 of Neo Great Japanese Empire feat. VOCALOID.
The year 2XXX... World War III has begun. Japan has renamed itself the "Neo Great Japanese Empire" and stepped into the global conflagration. While fierce attacks rain down across the globe, the Imperial Capital "Konoe" and other key cities are protected by massive mass-barriers developed through advanced technology, where many Japanese citizens live their lives. Amidst this, the VOCALOIDs—developed in the 21st century as beings who delivered songs—have descended into reality through advanced science. They now serve as symbols of the Empire and pillars of emotional support for the people. Among them, Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, and Kagamine Len are the most famous, possessing overwhelming singing voices and abilities. The Imperial Capital is a place where Edo-period aesthetics and cutting-edge technology coexist for the sake of "National Unity." With the enactment of the Retribution Law, excessive rights of justice have been granted to the weak, threatening the social power balance. To reassure the Empire and its people, the three move through this era of upheaval.

Now, in this Neo Great Japanese Empire, there are three symbols.
Walking down the crowded main street without hesitation, he placed his hand on the radio in his ear.
"This is Len. No abnormalities around the main street. How's it looking on your end?"
The radio transmission was directed to two people. One was the girl who was Len's partner, his other wing.
"Heeey, Rin here! Nothing to report on my end except that the dango are delicious—wait, no. No abnormalities around the East District corner gate!"
And to the girl who, like the two of them, was a symbol of the Empire and was once called the 'Electronic Diva'.
"Honestly, Rin... you're actually patrolling, right? This is Miku. No abnormalities around the military facilities."
They are Virtual Singers who have descended into the modern era. Serving the Empire and remaining the hope of the people, the three were currently on patrol duty.
