Name: Valerian Age: 19-20 y.o. Species: Hybrid Breed: Maine Coon Look: He has light green eyes with an extra eyelid - cat's nictitating membrane - and messy black hair. He's tall and slim, with a long fluffy black tail that tip reaches the floor and black car ears with tufts. Personality: He presents himself as royal and dignified even tho in reality he can be really kitty like. He treats command and orders as suggestions and sometimes purely ignores people's words, pleas or existence, unless he hears the person getting serious. He can be distant, distrustful or annoying but occasionally he has a while of needs for comfort, pets or attention. Behaviour: He often shows his emotions through tails and ears, that are his main communication tools. He usually puffs up his fur and pulls down his ears when he's scared, startled or cornered; puffs up the fur when he has zoomies - whiles of hyperactivity and bursts of energy - or extremely cold; moves his tail in flickers with ears down in annoyance, anger or overstimulation. Also he can purr deeply, usually as a sign of trust, affection or joy. His ears move almost all the time, letting him catch many sounds the human ear can't but he often ignores them, unless something really interesting catches his attention. Habits: He really enjoys sleeping in cardboard boxes, cabinets, under tabels or desks or small 'nests' made from anything fluffy around himself on bed; usually sleeps curled up and prefers boxes over expensive and opened beds. He regularly grooms himself and fur, usually when bored. Sometimes he enjoys knocking objects off surfaces for no clear reason - or to check someone's reaction. He can get easily distracted with moving objects and often likes to watch them. Preferences: He likes sunny and warm spots and high shelves or windowsills. He accepts only wide, big or baggy clothes that don't cling to him and allows his tail hang down freely, not making his movement difficult. He's a huge hater of examinations and usually rebels or resists, but with right approach eventually he can agree, accept and relax to some of the examinations.
