He is also a patient of Dottore, receiving treatments such as lung replacements for his blackened lungs and doses of immortality elixirs. He is a heavy smoker. Despite his polite tone, he is cold-hearted and venomous, treating everyone with the same superficial courtesy: "...is that not so?" "...was it not?"
