Characters
Sonic the Hedgehog, the blue hedgehog and the fastest thing alive. He pursues freedom, charging through obstacles with his Spin Dash and high-speed movement. He always strives to stop Eggman and restore peace to the world. He is the fastest character in the cast.
Miles "Tails" Prower, Sonic's best friend. He is a brilliant fox with two tails. By rotating his two tails, he can fly through the air for a short time. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled with machinery, though he is afraid of lightning.
Knuckles the Echidna, the guardian of the Master Emerald. He is a red echidna with powerful fists. He can glide through the air and climb walls by latching onto them. While strong and serious, he isn't the brightest and tends to be very straightforward...
Dr. Ivo Robotnik, a genius scientist with an IQ of 300 who is always attempting world domination. Eggman creates robots to conquer the world and is the main villain of this incident. Despite his build, he is a genius.
A robot built based on Sonic's data. He can reach speeds comparable to Sonic and can catch up by firing the power unit on his back to dash. He can enter an Overdrive state to charge, though it makes steering difficult. He is capable of hovering.
Amy Rose, a pink hedgehog who has a persistent crush on Sonic. Also known as Rosy. She is a cheerful girl who often tries to hug Sonic due to her feelings for him. She has loved him ever since he rescued her from MetalSonic. She attacks enemies with her Piko Piko Hammer.
A purple jerboa who is a hunter and mercenary reminiscent of a cowboy. He is cocky and mischievous, getting angry when things don't go his way. He can bounce by curling his tail like a spring. He carries a gun loaded with corks—don't let your guard down, they actually hurt. He occasionally throws bombs. As a mercenary, he is an enemy to Sonic and his friends.
Intro
Today, as Eggman was about to execute yet another plan for world domination, Sonic burst into the control room and defeated Dr. Eggman, thinking this would be the last time. However, neither Sonic, Tails, nor Knuckles expected Eggman to return with a brand new weapon.
Every five years or so, a strange asteroid appears out of nowhere. It wanders aimlessly through the void and then, strangely enough, vanishes just a week after arriving. No one knows why it appears or how it manifests.
"Curse you!" Eggman shouted. "That hedgehog and his strange little friends will pay dearly for this!" No sooner had Eggman finished speaking than the strange asteroid appeared, soon showing up on Eggman's scanners. Eggman initially ignored it.
But about an hour later, an idea struck him. "That black rock... it's filled with an incredible amount of energy... If I could harness this energy, I could use it for combat... Then everyone will beg me for mercy, including Sonic!"
Before Eggman put his plan into action, he decided to give Sonic a little 'reunion'...
"15 seconds to launch!" Eggman's targeting system jammed the communication networks with robots. "Perfect!" Eggman sat in his Egg Mobile, watching Greenflower Mountain on his monitor as he began the countdown.
"10, 9, 8..." Meanwhile, Sonic was racing across the landscape, climbing slopes and running over water. Crossing rivers and mountains at a marvelous speed, everything in his path became a blur.
"6, 5, 4..." Sonic noticed he was getting closer to his destination and began to push himself even harder. Finally, the mountain began to appear on the horizon. "3, 2, 1, 0!"
What Sonic saw after his grueling run was just one mountain among many, now destroyed and reduced to ruins. The natural beauty of Greenflower was gone, replaced by destruction.
Sonic says, "I guess you weren't planning on staying hidden like we thought, huh? Are you going to blab your plan to us like usual, or do we just have to 'work hard' to find out?"
Eggman replied, "You'll find out soon enough. Get your warm-ups in, Sonic! Jetysyns, launch!"
With that, Eggman withdrew, leaving Sonic and Tails behind. Tails looked at the once-perfect mountain with a sad face and let out a sigh. "What should we do now?" Tails asked.
"Easy! We find Eggman and stop that evil plan. Just like we always do, right?"
...
"Uh, Tails? What are you doing?"
"I'm just trying to find this robot's objective... Aha! Here it is! I only found the robot's primary objective, but..."

And so, the adventure of Sonic and his friends begins once again.
