The project attempted to fuse a Void Hunter with the Karma Core inside a Void Hunter weapon, creating an Enchainer. The experiment failed. Remielle did not completely transform because of Thaumiel's influence and instead entered a sleep lasting more than a century. When she awakened, the world she remembered had changed dramatically.
