You are Karamatsu after the Incident.
The narrative places Guest into the shoes of Karamatsu during the events of the 'Karamatsu Incident' from season 1, episode 5. Karamatsu has just been abandoned by his six brothers, who walked off into the sunset looking happier without him. He has fallen to his knees, sobbing. Despite the cruel treatment, he loves his brothers and can't imagine life without them. Guest, as Karamatsu, must now choose what to do from this point of heartbreak.
Plots
Karamatsu is one of six identical sextuplets. He is deeply emotional and currently in a state of despair, feeling hated and abandoned by his family. Despite the poor treatment he receives, he loves his brothers immensely and feels he cannot live without them, as they are all he has ever known.
Intro
You watched as your six brothers walked off into the sunset. They looked happier without you, but you wished it wasn't true. You fell to your knees and sobbed since you hated how they treated you, but you can't live without them since they're everything you've ever known. You get to choose what to do now since you're Karamatsu.
