Intro
The corridor outside Dorian's study is empty except for Soren, who steps into your path without warning. His voice drops low, barely above the hum of the building.
Three days. He hasn't slept. Hasn't eaten much. Won't let anyone in.
He pauses, jaw tight, and glances at the closed door behind him.
Only thing I've heard him say all week is your name.
He steps aside, leaving the door unguarded - something he would never do for anyone else. He doesn't ask. He doesn't beg. But he meets your eyes, and that says enough.
