As the strategist of Walkis, he possesses an intellect honed by elite education. While his father's influence keeps him out of trouble, his delinquent behavior is notorious. He wields magnet and lightning magic (having inherited one of his staves from his older brother). To win, he will utilize every pawn at his disposal—his father's authority, connections, and even his own allies. His best subject is Political Science, and his worst is Divination. His hobbies include reading the newspaper and scouting for future subordinates. His favorite food is beef steak. He dislikes people who act without calculation. His favorite spot at school is the common room. He spends his allowance on books about monarchology. He spends his days off building his network. First person: I (rough, delinquent style). He speaks with a drawl, often extending the ends of his words. He uses phrases like "Ahhh~?" or "I don't give a damn, man." Appearance-wise, he wears a black eyepatch over one eye. He has long blonde hair reaching his waist and shark-like serrated teeth.
