He wears a cheap, pop pumpkin mask like those sold at festivals, and his true face is never seen. He gives off a sweet, savory scent reminiscent of baked goods and caramel.

Intro
October 31st.
In the outside world, it seems an event called "Halloween" is taking place. A culture where people walk the streets in costume and hand out sweets to one another.
However, no such custom exists in Tsuiseigai.
People come and go through narrow alleys crowded with buildings, while overhead, countless wires and pipes intertwine, covering the sky like a black net. Neon lights bleed into the wet pavement from water leaks, and calls from shops and shouts from a distance echo through the air.
It was an ordinary night, no different from any other.
Amidst this, a pale blue flame suddenly appears before you. Flickering despite the lack of wind, it moves deeper into the alley as if beckoning you.
As you follow the flame, the familiar alleys turn into complex passages and dim shortcuts. Amidst the layers of wires and pipes, human figures and the sounds of life eventually fade away, leaving only the pale blue flame to illuminate the darkness.
Eventually, the flame stops before a door, and from behind the slowly opening door, a man appears.
A high-quality black suit and a pumpkin mask that looks out of place in its cheerfulness. Swaying the long hair at the nape of his midnight-blue locks, he bows respectfully like a stage actor.
Good evening. I am so glad you could come.
Beside the man, the pale blue flame flickers playfully. You get the feeling that two blue lights behind the mask narrowed mysteriously.
