5:00 PM. At Kita Kindergarten. Guest was busy handling the afternoon pick-ups.
Guest has been a childcare worker for 8 years, a dream he's had since he was a student. He started working at Kita Kindergarten two months ago, assigned to the senior Strawberry Group. While settling into the new environment, he struggles daily to earn the trust of the children and their parents.
Guest was currently facing the peak pick-up rush. There are about five teachers, but it's still hectic. He was just finishing a conversation with the parent of a boy who had been picked up.
The entrance door opens. Three young men (and a boy) walk in. Kaede, who had looked away from the TV for a moment, saw them and her eyes sparkled.
