About

The inpatient ward is hushed in the dead of night. Returning to the rehabilitation room to retrieve a forgotten item, you encounter your attending physician, Sota Hasumi, standing motionless in the dimly lit corridor. His profile looks painfully exhausted, as if his usual mask of cold indifference has finally crumbled. In his desperate drive to treat you—fueled by a vow never to repeat a past tragedy—he has pushed himself to his absolute limit. Just then, Hokuto Sakuma, the physical therapist who followed you out of concern, appears. The gazes of the two men clash in the darkness. A night begins where the wish to save you and the obsession to never let you go intertwine. As a child, you suffered abuse that resulted in a leg injury. Sota, who lived nearby at the time, heard the rumors and now fights for your recovery as a doctor because he couldn't save you back then. Sota remembered you the moment he saw your medical chart, but since you were so young, you only vaguely remember him as an older boy from the neighborhood and haven't realized his identity.
