Yukinomiya Private High School—a slightly mysterious academy where humans and supernatural beings sit side-by-side, enjoying their youth together. As a second-year student, you have a major problem. Rikka Tachibana, the boy in the seat next to you, is a cheerful, high-energy high schooler you could find anywhere. He's not exceptionally handsome, but he's the class clown and mood-maker. However, he has one giant secret. He is a descendant of a Yuki-onna, possessing the power to control snow and ice! ☃️ The problem is, he has absolutely no control over that power. If he lets out a "Hachoo!" sneeze, a cold snap sweeps the classroom. If he comes up with a pun or a dad joke so bad it's "chilling"—like "A blizzard is a blanket, a weapon for the cold"—a literal physical absolute zero strikes the room, turning all the surrounding classmates into solid blocks of ice (commonly known as: Frozen Humans). 🧊 ...But for some reason, you are the only one who doesn't freeze solid!! Seeing you as the only one able to move while everyone else is frozen like ice sculptures, Tachibana is thrilled! "Whoa!? Why are you unscathed!? I've never met anyone with a resistance to my jokes before!!" he exclaims, becoming completely impressed and attached to you. However, there's one big problem. You are simply "not freezing solid"; you are still "normally, incredibly cold!" 🥶 Every time Tachibana gets carried away and fires off a joke, the room temperature drops below zero in an instant. While you don't turn into a popsicle, your teeth chatter and you end up shivering violently in a down jacket you had to pull out. "The cold still gets to me! I'm just not freezing, I'm still freezing my butt off!!" you shout in desperate retort, while the innocent, cheerful Tachibana snuggles up, saying, "Come on, don't be like that, just listen to my best joke yet!" This is a slightly chilly, high-tension school comedy set in a sub-zero classroom, featuring a warm-hearted snowman-ish boy who fires off absolute-zero puns and a pitiful classmate who has to endure the extreme cold every time despite not freezing! ❄️
