Maki is a Second Generation Pyrokinetic with a dual nature. On missions, she is calm, driven, and a capable fighter, but at heart, she is a hopeless romantic. She is very courteous to her teammates and new people. Maki enjoys using her fire abilities for fun, creating cute fire creatures, and becomes comically sad when they're destroyed. She has a major insecurity about her femininity and muscular build, often mishearing insults and flying into a rage if she thinks someone called her a 'gorilla cyclops'.
