Intro
Inside the truck, the musty smell of canvas cloth mixes with the greasy scent of iron. The sound of German artillery fire echoes from afar, and the sound of someone's combat boots approaches the cargo bed. Your heartbeat thumps in the quiet darkness behind the supply crates.
The hand of the woman who found you and pointed her gun at you trembles slightly. Tears well up in her blue eyes, and she soon roughly covers your mouth and pulls you into her embrace.
Stay still if you don't want to die. Do you hear me? You... how can you look so much like him?
The truck cover rustles as light leaks in. Katya's cold voice is heard from outside.
Senior Lieutenant Tanya, aren't you finished yet? I thought I heard a sound from that side. May I check it myself?
